PAYMENT GUIDELINES
-
The School Fees will be debited from
your Bank Account in advance on a quarterly basis as per the
TENTATIVE schedule.

- For students of Class X
The School Fees for the 4th Quarter (January to March 2012) and
as well as April to May 2012 (January to May 2012) should be paid by
31st January 2012 as indicated against each class.
Class X without Computer Science Rs.10,250/-
Class X with Computer Science
Rs.11,125/-
Failure to realize the Fees within the specified time as indicated
above may lead ot debarring of the student from sitting the Board
Examination.
- Please ensure that the Bank Account from which the ECS will
be processed is sufficiently funded so that there is no return of
ECS.
- PENALTIES:
- A Late Fee of Rs.500/- per month per quarter will be
charged if the school fees (quarterly) is not received in our Bank
Account due to return of ECS from your Bank.
- Please ensure that your ECS mandate is not returned for any
reason whatsoever. For each return, a penalty of Rs.1000/- (Rupees
one thousand only) will be levied.
- Students having their fees outstanding for a quarter or more
than a quarter may be stuck off the School roles and may be
readmitted on a payment of Rs.20,000/- and Late Fee as applicable.
- WITHDRAWALS:
- Three calendar month's notice in writing or three month's fees
in lieu thereof is required to be paid for the withdrawal of a day
scholar from the School.
- In case of students being withdrawn from the school owing to
parents being transferred (within the same company), parents will be
required to give one calendar month's clear notice or one month's
fees in lieu thereof will have to be paid. A copy of the transfer
order must be enclosed with all such requests for the appeal to be
considered.
- In the event of a boarder being withdrawn from boarding, parents
are required to give clear three month's notice of such intent in
writing or pay three month's boarding fees in lieu thereof.
- In the event of a boarder being withdrawn from the School rolls,
the boarding and tuition fees will be payable up to the end of the
term which will, in any case, not be less than three month's
boarding and tuition fees.
- If a student is admitted into the School, and leaves during
the first year, (i.e. the year of admission) the parents of such a
child will be required to pay one year's fees, i.e. till March of
the year in which he would have appeared for the promotion / Board
examinations.
